[After Service] Guidelines for Filter Replacement
We will introduce the guidelines for replacing the supply air filter, ceiling filter, and exhaust filter!
Replacing filters is an easy and reliable maintenance inspection method. When the supply air filter becomes clogged, the airflow decreases, causing the pressure inside the booth to become negative, which draws in dust and debris from outside the booth. Additionally, during dry conditions, it can lead to abnormally high temperatures, which in the worst case can cause a fire. Therefore, the recommended replacement intervals are approximately every 6 months (twice a year) for the supply air filter, about once a year for the ceiling filter, and approximately every 3 months (four times a year) for the exhaust filter. [Replacement Guidelines] ■ Supply Air Filter: Approximately 6 months (twice a year) ■ Ceiling Filter: Approximately 1 year (once a year) ■ Exhaust Filter: Approximately 3 months (four times a year) *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
